Health & safety

The safety and well being of all our festival goers is our top priority. Here are some tips to make sure you have a fun time at LAGO FEST!

 Stay Hydrated.

Dehydration is the number one cause of a bummer attitude at LAGO FEST, so drink water. Thirsty? Drink water. Not Thirsty? Drink water. Feeling the Texas sun blazing down on you and it's like, a million degrees outside? Drink water. Staying hydrated is the easiest way to stay safe, happy, and having a good time at LAGO FEST!

 Safe Swimming.

Swimming is a great way to cool off and is super fun! LAGO FEST is held on the beaches of Lake Travis which means you can go for a dip, just make sure to watch out for boats in the water. Keep an eye out for your kids and yourself and swim safe!

 Beat the Heat.

In case you haven't been to Texas before, IT'S HOT HERE! Protecting yourself is easy and makes your time at LAGO FEST 100x better. Three easy steps will keep you cool and groovin': 1. Bring sunscreen and apply it often

2. Wear a hat and loose clothing 3. Drink plenty of water!

 Fuel Yourself.

An empty stomach can cause a vicious case of grumpiness as well as dizziness and fatigue. Don't be grumpy, treat yourself to some of the amazing food our vendors have to offer! All of the food at LAGO FEST is super delicious,  Instagram-worthy, and the perfect thing to keep your energy up to dance the day away.
